Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact customer support for RA approval. There is a 15% restocking fee on all new unopened box items returned in original condition. We do not offer returns on used or open box items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including original and return shipping costs.
Barbecue islands, fire pits and outlet/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
If you need to return an item you may do so within 15 days of the products delivery. Customer is responsible for delivering back to our correct shipping address. Customer should obtain tracking number for all return items and they should purchase shipping insurance. The Return Authorization expires 15 days after it has been issued. If the item is returned after this date it maybe refused or returned to customer at their expense.
If product is received in unacceptable condition we reserve the right to deny your return. We will notify customer upon receipt. If we determine item is damaged, we suggest you file claim with your shipping company. If the item is received used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense. We will dispose of all unacceptable returns after 30 days.
Refunds
We inspect all returns to determine if they are in acceptable condition. If the return is found to be acceptable we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. The credit should be available with 3-5 business days after we complete our inspection.
