Shipping Outdoor Kitchen Accessories
Most outdoor kitchen accessories will ship for free if shipped with a BBQ grill or barbecue island. If ordered separately these items will ship via a common shipping carrier like FedEx and UPS. Shipping cost is determined at time of sale based on location.
Shipping BBQ Grills and Islands
Due to the size and weight of the BBQ Grills and Barbecue Islands these are shipped via semi-truck. Delivery is made with lift gate truck to facilitate the unloading. Hence there must be access for the large semi-truck at the shipping address so the order can be delivered. The driver will help unload the order. For large heavy orders like barbecue islands, the customer will need to make arrangements for additional help in order to deliver. The shipping company will contact customer ahead of time to coordinate delivery. Shipping cost is determined at time of sale based on location.
- Customer must be present at time of delivery
- The customer is responsible for inspecting all the packages and items for any external or internal damage before the driver leaves customer location. Once the driver leaves the location the independent trucking company is released from liability so it is very important that the entire order is checked.
- The customer is responsible for notifying Solana Outdoor Products with the delivery issues while driver is still present.
- Most orders arrive within 5 business days from payment, but they can take as long as 10-14 days to arrive.
International Shipping
Items are available for international shipping but customer must make their own shipping and customs arrangements. Please call to coordinate.
